Attendance

 

Need to report an absence, late arrival, or early release? There are four ways to notify the school:

1. 💻Report Through ParentVUE

  • Log in to ParentVUE
  • Select the Attendance Tab
  • Click Report Absence (top right)
  • Complete the required fields (date, reason, note)

Early Departure Instructions:
If your student will be leaving early, select Early Departure and include the pick-up time in the note section.
For last-minute early pickups, please call the main office so we can have your student ready on time, as we may not see ParentVUE reports or voicemail messages immediately. Friendly reminder: All parent pick-ups must be called in before 3:30 pm.

2. Call the Attendance Line

  • Leave a voicemail to report an absence.
  • Messages left after 10:00 a.m. may not be retrieved before automated attendance calls go out.

Additional Information

  • Friendly reminder: All parent pick-ups must be called in before 3:30 pm.
  • If you need to leave a message for your student, we’re happy to pass it along 🙂
  • When picking up your student early, please come to the front office to sign them out.
