ACMS Track and Field 2026
Track has begun! We have another great turnout this year with almost 200 athletes participating.
Most of our meets are on Thursdays at 4:30. We would love to see you out to support the team! Students will be dismissed on league meet days at some point during 6th period. The exact time will depend on distance to the meet and the bus schedule.

Events
Students can choose from a variety of events to compete in. During track meets students can compete in three individual events and one relay event, or two individual events and two relay events.Events include- 100m, 200m, 100m Hurdles, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 4x100m Relay, 4x400m Relay, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin, and Discus.
Required Forms
Each member of the track team needs to turn in to the office an emergency contact form, and the $75 activity fee. The activity fee and emergency form must be turned in to compete in the first meet.

Track Uniform
Order your Athey Creek Athletics jersey from Big Frog in West Linn. Any appropriate Black or Red athletic bottoms can be worn with the jersey to complete the uniform.

Volunteers Needed for Home Meets
Our school will host two home track meets this year. Each meet will have over 400 competitors and the only way it will work is with your help. The hope is that at least one parent will be there to support and volunteer. This will ensure that our home track meets will be safe and efficient.
