Registration Information
🐾 We’re excited to welcome your family to Athey Creek Middle School🐾
The quickest and easiest way to get started is by completing our online registration. Simply click the registration link to create a ParentVue account (if you’re new to the district) and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Once you create your ParentVue account, you’ll continue using it throughout the school year to:
- Submit attendance requests
- Monitor your students attendance
- Check grades and report cards
- See your students schedule
- Check ParentVue Email

📌 What You’ll Need to Upload
To help keep the process moving smoothly, please upload the following documents during online registration:
- Proof of Age (birth certificate, passport, etc.)
- Oregon Certificate of Immunization Status
- Proof of Residence within the Athey Creek attendance boundary

If online registration isn’t an option for your family, paper forms are available below in the Registration Forms section. If you need help accessing or printing them, please give our office a call at (503) 673-7400 we’re happy to help!
Summer Registration Note:
If you register during the summer months, please note that our office will reopen in August for in-person document drop-off.

Transfer Information
Students are assigned to a “home school” in their “home attendance area” based on their legal address of residence, as provided by their parent or legal guardian. A transfer request is required to attend a school other than the home school; students may not attend another school without valid permission. (Homeless students should contact their counselor or principal to see if they qualify for Title X provisions.)

ParentSquare helps families stay connected with updates from the school and district. By registering your account, you can choose how you’d like to receive messages and notifications.Parent-guardians can also contact their student's teacher or a staff member any time by using the direct message feature in ParentSquare. This is the primary method for contacting staff members in the district.
